By accessing or using the TeklifAl platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Description of the Service

TeklifAl is a B2B RFQ (Request for Quotation) software service that enables buyer companies to upload their product/material requests via Excel and to collect price quotations from suppliers. The platform is not an e-commerce marketplace and does not act as an intermediary in payment transactions.

2. Supplier Registration and Quotations

Invited suppliers are entitled to submit quotations without a password or registration. The supplier undertakes and warrants the accuracy of the price quotations it submits, the delivery terms and the stock status. The relevant member is directly liable for any misleading or erroneous statements.

3. Intellectual Property

The copyrights to the software code, designs, logos and texts on the platform belong to TeklifAl. Copying or using them without permission is prohibited.
