Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by TeklifAl, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in order to inform platform users about the purposes for which their personal data are processed, the methods by which they are collected, the legal grounds for processing, and their rights.

1. Personal Data Processed

When you use our platform, the following personal data of yours are processed:

  • Contact Information: E-mail address, telephone number.
  • Corporate Information: Company name, province/district, tax office and tax number.
  • Quotation Transactions: Price requests, quoted prices, product photographs and location data (in line with your explicit consent).

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of carrying out B2B price collection and quotation collection processes, enabling communication between the parties, monitoring transaction security, and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Photographs and Location Data

EXIF GPS data contained in uploaded product photographs are deleted on our server by default. Location sharing is processed only if the supplier gives explicit consent, and is shared with the buyer in the quotation details.

4. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information if they have been processed, and to request the deletion of your data. You may submit your applications to destek@teklifal.com.
